Tim Seager

CEO / Co-Founder

Tim is CEO of Feathercap and brings an extensive background in growing enterprise learning technologies to customers around the world. As a previous founder and CEO of Xerceo, Inc, a learning management system company Tim and his team succeeded in driving product adoption to over 500,000 paid users globally. Tim has also held sales roles at Cornerstone On Demand and was a sales leader at Oracle Corporation.

Tim holds a BA, Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.

Nitin Ramamurthy

CTO / Co-Founder

As the CTO at Feathercap, Nitin leads all learning and AI products. For over a decade, he has led teams in enterprise software development and product management for a variety of Global 1000 customers such as Bharat Petroleum, BP, Nokia, and CVS Health. Nitin is an early pioneer of cloud technologies to directly drive scale, growth and customer satisfaction.

Nitin holds a BE, Computer Science from Madras University and an MS, Computer Science from the University of San Francisco.

Tim Armstrong

SVP of Sales

Tim brings over 25 years of experience in software sales and leadership. As one of the original Enterprise VP of Sales at Cornerstone On Demand he succeeded in producing over $30 million in first year only contract revenue over 9 years. Tim was most recently SVP of Sales at Expertus and previously held enterprise sales and leadership roles at Apriso, i2 Technologies and Amdahl.

Tim graduated with a BS, Business Management from California State University, Chico.

Rajani Ramanathan

Advisor/ Former COO of Salesforce.com

Rajani served as vice president of global sales at Satmetrix and later as Chief Operating Officer (EVP of Technology & Products) at Salesforce.com, Inc. She has been an Independent Director of ESI Group SA since July 24, 2014 and is an advisor or investor in several technology startups. In 2014, she was awarded the YWCA TWIN (Tribute to Women and Industry) Award, which has long been considered one of Silicon Valley's most prestigious awards honoring women who exemplify leadership excellence in executive-level positions. 

Vasant Kumar

Advisor/ CEO of Vayu Technology Corp.

Currently the CEO of Vayu Technology Corp a biomedical, sports and healthcare technology company, Vasant has held a variety of engineering leadership positions over the course of a 30 year career. This includes engineering management roles at Oracle and pioneering roles in setting up one of the first software outsourcing factories in India.

Vasant holds a BE, Electronics and Telecommunication from Bharathiar University and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Greg Sherwin

Advisor/ Mentor at SU Ventures

As the previous VP of Engineering at Singularity University and most recently a mentor at Singularity University Ventures, Greg has thrived from bringing disparate technologies and experts together to solve complex problems. He is an experienced senior technology and product leader with decades of experience in consumer-facing Internet applications and back-end platforms with a proven ability to achieve successful outcomes.

Greg holds a BS, Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago as well as joint PhD, BioEngineering from University of California, San Francisco and Berkeley (UCB)

Don Springer

Advisor/ 3X Venture Funded Entrepreneur

Don is currently VP Product Management & Strategy – Oracle Marketing Cloud at Oracle Corporation and previously has been a founder and leader of three software startup companies, all successfully acquired, since becoming an entrepreneur in 1999. Don enjoys helping to develop compelling product strategies with go-to-market plans to quickly learn, iterate and achieve scale.

Don holds a BS, Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia as well as an MBA from University of Virginia – Darden Graduate School of Business.

Rashmi Vittal

Advisor/ CMO at Conversica

Rashmi is currently CMO at Conversica, a conversational AI platform and has extensive experience in building marketing strategies and teams for both start-ups and large enterprises. Previously Rashmi led marketing for SAP Customer Data Cloud after the successful acquisition of Gigya, a customer identity management start-up. Previously Rashmi has held various marketing leadership positions at IBM, Oracle and Neustar.

Rashmi  holds a BA, International Business from Loyola Marymount University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
