But we only charge by the minute for your employees who access Feathercap less than 20 minutes a month. At 20 minutes of usage or more, they earn unlimited access for the remainder of the month for no additional per minute charge. This is ideal for new or infrequent users accesing Feathercap while letting you budget per user pricing. In all our plans, we show the minimum number of users you can have with unlimited access for the month. But if you’re just introducing Feathercap, and you expect infrequent under 20 minutes per user, more users can access your minutes.
For many, initially, 5- 10 minutes is enough for each of their employees over a month. There is no upfront cost or commitment of users. You can start with the 2,000 Minute plan for $9.99 per month. If you need more, you can move to a higher plan.
But don’t worry if you near using all your minutes for a given plan in a month, as you hit 80% usage and then at 90% usage we will message you to see if you would like to move up to a higher plan. If you don’t change plans and do exceed your plan you will be billed at the listed per minute price for your plan.
If you no longer wish to use Feathercap, you may cancel at any time. You will receive a pro-rated credit with Feathercap for the remainder of that month’s billing cycle. See our full refund policy for more.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you’ll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you’ll be credited on next month’s bill.

Yes, we do offer additional training! We of course have our help center as well as your ability to schedule a web conference with us 24/7 to assist on any aspect of using Feathercap already included in all our plans.
